Kririt India serves as an Online Examination System, Online candidate registration system designed to enhance your preparation and performance. Upon creating an account on our website, you are bound by these terms, subject to timely amendments at our discretion.

Services and Product

  • We commit to providing you with an account on our online assessment platform through a private server.
  • In the event of planned changes in our network or infrastructure, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and updated identification information during account registration.
  • Any content shared on your account is your sole responsibility, and you agree to promptly report any unauthorized use or breach.
  • We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from inaccurate information or compromised account security.

Terms and Conditions

The terms governing our services pertain to the relationship between us and the customer, with no third-party interference allowed. We prioritize the privacy of your content and take necessary measures to prevent illegal usage. Service functionality depends on factors such as network, servers, and subsidiary tools. In the case of software-related issues, our team will work to resolve them promptly, acknowledging the critical nature of exam-related events.

Terms of Service

Service initiation begins on the subscription date, and we will notify you in advance of the renewal date. A grace period of one week is provided, during which you can cancel your account by requesting subscription termination.

Usage Policy

A. Prohibited Content and Activities - Prohibitions include email spam, hacking attempts, and engaging in illegal activities. Intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are reserved.

B. False Information - You must provide accurate personal information, and we reserve the right to block your account for any information discrepancies.

C. Misuse of System Resources - Multiple accounts from a single organization will result in blocking prior accounts without notice. Question attempts are restricted based on the subscription.

D. Concurrency - Concurrency is limited to 10% of the monthly attempt limit. Kririt India is not responsible for issues exceeding this limit.

Account Cancellation

You are solely responsible for canceling your account, backing up data, and deleting information. Upon account cancellation, all content from the panel will be deleted.

Governing Law

This agreement is crafted and governed according to Indian laws, and any disputes will be addressed by local administrative bodies.
